2. Project Manager (C&I)

For Solar Rooftop Projects On Commercial & Industrial Buildings (C&I)

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end EPCC activities for C&I solar rooftop projects
  • Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and grid connection
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Liaise directly with ST, TNB, SEDA, consultants and local authorities
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Lead on-site and technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Uphold top standards of safety, compliance, and quality control
  • Mentor junior engineers and help refine internal project processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Worked from the ground up on LSS
  • Currently a Project Engineer or strong senior role, now eyeing on Project Manager role
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken & written)a

3. Project Manager (LSS)

For Large Scales Solar Project (LSS)

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage full-cycle EPCC activities for LSS projects (30MW+)
  • Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and grid commissioning
  • Prepare schedules, budgets, and resource planning
  • Liaise directly with ST, TNB, SEDA, and local authorities
  • Lead technical and site teams to ensure project delivery
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
  • Mentor junior staff & improve internal project systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Worked from the ground up on LSS
  • Currently a Project Engineer or strong senior role, now eyeing on Project Manager role
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken & written)
  • Strong communicator, negotiator & leader
  • Confident managing budgets above RM100 million

4. Project Engineer (Solar EPCC)

About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Planning & Coordination
      • Assist Project Manager in developing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and work breakdown structures.
      • Participate in site visits for new project enquiries, tenders, or feasibility assessments to collect technical data and evaluate site conditions.
      • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
      • Participate in site meetings and progress reviews with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Technical & Engineering Support
      • Review engineering drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), and layout plans for constructability and compliance with standards or requirement.
      • Prepare method statements, installation procedures, and handover documentation.
      • Provide technical clarification to site teams and subcontractors.
      • Ensure proper integration between solar PV systems, inverters, switchboards, and monitoring systems.
  • Site Supervision and Execution
      • Lead and supervise site supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure works are executed according to drawings, method statements, safety and quality standards.
      • Plan daily and weekly site activities, allocate manpower, and monitor progress against the project schedule.
      • Review and verify site supervisors’ reports, material requests, and progress claims before submission to the Project Manager.
      • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and installation standards (DC & AC works, structure alignment, cable routing, earthing, etc.).
      • Coordinate closely with project team for inspections, testing, and rectification works.
      • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to site teams.
      • Ensure all works are properly documented with progress photos, inspection records, and as-built data.
  • Procurement & Material Management
      • Prepare material take-off (MTO) and assist procurement in sourcing and technical evaluation.
      • Track delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at site.
  • Quality, Safety, and Compliance
      • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, standards (e.g., IEC, SIRIM, TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga), and HSE requirements.
      • Conduct inspections and coordinate with site supervisor for quality assurance.
      • Support preparation of quality and safety documentation for authorities’ submission and approvals.
  • Reporting
      • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, site photos, and issue logs.
      • Highlight risks, delays, and propose mitigation measures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar PV or electrical construction projects.
  • Familiar with solar system components (modules, inverters, cables, switchgear and monitoring system).
  • Knowledge of basic computer skill. Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Hands-on and willing to travel to project sites.
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

Salary Range

  • RM3,000.00 – RM 5,000.00
